The simple coffee bag looks the best, however you should consider how it will be resealed. Currently the plastic twist top jar is the easiest for storage due to their stackability.
I must say that I'm fond of all of these, they are all nicely drawn and thought out. My favorite ones, though, are #3 and #5. The others are lovely as well, but I find them lacking in terms of originally compared to the other two.
So having said that, I'm definitely liking the look of #3. It emanates this aesthetic, calming feeling - as though it gives you the illusion of having a taste of the coffee before even opening the package. Wow... that was deep... sorry, haha. But I totally do like the structure of it, as well as the design portion you illustrated on there. On the other hand, this could be a very difficult thing to pull off, so be careful!
I also like #5 for the sheer aspect of simplicity applied to the package. I'm assuming there will be some sort of a plastic or aluminum bag holding the actual coffee because the box alone would not serve too well when it comes to functionality.
I like the third one on the top the best. It seems like the easiest to open. What kind of material are you thinking of making this out of? I think it would be nice out of metal but will this be able to close tight enough so that the coffee doesn't lose it's freshness? I also think its getting a bit to decorative and almost too "girly" with the filigree.
I really like the third one on the top, I think it has a nice organic feel to it and the shape is really nice and compact. I also like the last one as well because it is also compact. Overall these look really neat and clean.
I like the graphics and layout on the first package because it shows the beans, and it's a simple clean layout.
As far as packaging goes I like the flip top box but it might not help keep the beans fresh because there's no tight seal like you get with a screw on top.
i like the 123 it has a unique structure that the original don't. the freshness can be made to the three by having a zip lock concept on it and the vacuum seal container. great design

I like the unusual shape of the canister on the top right, but I don't know about the filigree around the top.

The Third one appeals to me as far as layout and container. I am concerned about the structure, because i like my coffee fresh.
